ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the performance of front office employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Syariah Makassar from the viewpoint of customers. Performance variables analyzed are Loyalty, work achievements qualitatively, Honesty, Discipline, Creativity, Teamwork, Leadership, and Responsibility. Overall the variables were analyzed descriptively by calculating the statistical average. Sample totaled 100 respondents, selected by Accidental Sampling. Method. Results showed that customers generally stated that the performance of front office employees in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Syariah Makassar is good.

Reaksi Harga Saham Sebelum dan Sesudah Suspensi pada PT Bumi Resources, Tbk

ABSTRAK

Suspensi merupakan kegiatan penghentian sementara perdagangan saham di lantai bursa yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal. Dengan demikian, suspensi merupakan salah satu potensi risiko yang dihadapi investor.
Penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana harga saham bereaksi atas terjadinya suspensi, dengan studi kasus pada PT. Bumi Resources, Tbk, yang bergerak di sektor pertambangan. Saham BUMI merupakan salah satu saham unggulan yang memiliki nilai kapitalisasi besar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Saham BUMI pernah menduduki peringkat pertama dari sisi kapitalisasi pasar mengalahkan saham Telkom.
Untuk melihat bagaimana harga saham bereaksi atas terjadinya suspensi, maka digunakan alat analisis uji-t berpasangan (t-paired sample) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 15.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suspensi yang dilakukan atas saham PT Bumi Resources Tbk, menyebabkan penurunan harga saham. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengolahan data dengan tingkat korelasi sebesar 0.605 dengan tanda negatif.

Analisis Arus Kunjungan Wisata di Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine whether there is any effect of price, product, promotion, place, processes, employees, and physical evidence on the flow of tourist visit in Province of South Sulawesi. Sampling using two-stage sampling, the first stage is selection of tourist attraction. The second stage is the selection of samples by using convenience sampling or accidental sampling. Population in this research are all foreign tourists who visit South Sulawesi province in the year 2008. Sampling was done using convenience sampling method with a sample of 90 which consists of 30 tourists at their respective attractions. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression.
Results of analysis concluded that the price significantly and negatively related to the flow excursions, while the product, promotion, place, process, people, and physical evidence has positive and significant effect on the flow of tourist traffic, either simultaneously or partially. The implications of these results that the factor of price, product, promotion, place, process, people, and physical evidence, an important consideration in formulating policies in an effort to increase tourist flow.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the regional treasury city of Makassar in supporting local financial administration at PT. Bank Sulsel Makassar.

Research was conducted at Main Branch of PT. Bank Sulsel Jl. Dr. Ratulangi No. 16 Makassar, for about a month. The research used Qualitative method by investigating the system and procedures of the Regional Cash of Makassar.

Results of this studies note that the presence of the local treasury office located at PT Bank Sulsel to facilitate civil servants (Civil Service) conducted a transaction at PT. Bank Sulsel. The existence of this cash office effective in supporting the local financial administration in accordance with financial management functions of the regional city of Makassar.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Biro Administrasi Dalam Lingkup IAIN Ambon

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this study were: (1) to know and analyze the influence of competence consisting of knowledge, skills, work experience and motivation of the employees work performance at the Bureau of Administration in Ambon IAIN, (2) to know and analyze the variables which provide the dominant influence on job performance employee at the Bureau of Administration in Ambon IAIN scope.

The study was conducted on Ambon IAIN Administration Bureau with a population of 50 people use the census method. The analysis uses descriptive analysis to explain the characteristics of respondents and then to analyze quantitative data using multiple regression analysis through SPSS.

The study results showed that (1) competence consisting of knowledge, skills, work experience and motivation simultaneously affect employee job performance in Ambon IAIN Administration Bureau, and (2) knowledge of the most dominant variable effect on job performance employee at the Bureau of Administration IAIN Ambon.

Dampak Investasi Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan : Analisis Input-Output

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the realization of priority investment allocated to region’s the leading sectors (key sectors) based on the linkages between sectors, 2) the impact of investment on employment and additional output generated in the sectors of the economy in South of Sulawesi province. This study uses input-output analysis that relies primarily on domestic transactions table data input-output in South of Sulawesi in 2005 on the basis that a producer price data published last year with 112 classification of economic sectors. These data are then grouped into 9 sectors of the economy to ensuring the availability of data, especially in adjustment with the investment data by sector are not all equally exist in each sector. This aggregation/regrouping also to make sure the similarity between the classification of Table IO sectoral classification and the sectors classification in the investment. The research using secondary data by data collecting technique through documentation and interviews form of information and reports relevant to the discussion of research. The results showed that 1) the realization of priority investment in South Sulawesi in 2006-2008 has not been fully allocated to the leading sectors of the region, and 2) the impact of final demand (private investment) has a positive relationship to the formation of output and employment.

Pengaruh Insentif Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada PT (Persero) AngkasaPura I Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Hasanuddin Makassar

ABSTRACT

Incentives is one tool used by companies to motivate employees to devote best performance that can increase employee productivity.

This study aims to determine how the influence of incentives on the productivity of workers at PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Makassar Hasanuddin International Airport. Using simple regression anaysis to determine the effect of incentives on employee productivity and to determine the correlation between the level of influence of incentives on labor productivity. Data used in this study are secondary data.

The results showed that the PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Branch Makassar Hasanuddin International Airport uses a system of incentives, among others, Merit Pay, Bonuses, Pay for Knowledge / Skill, and Executive Incentives. Giving incentives to the employees could give positive effect and positive correlation to the increasing in labor productivity.
